Andrew Russell has been specializing in residential real estate for 6 years and has completed more than 375 successful transactions in that time.  Born and raised in Red Deer, he is very familiar and knowledgeable with nearly every aspect of the city, as well as other areas of Central Alberta including Sylvan Lake, Penhold, and Blackfalds.  Andrew holds a business management diploma from the Red Deer College, and has 6 prior years of residential construction experience which has proved to be very valuable in educating his clients about local contractors and new building processes.

Dale Russell began his Real Estate career in 1979 and later purchased the RE/MAX brokerage in Red Deer in 1986.  Dale is the acting broker for four offices in Central Alberta including Red Deer, Lacombe, Ponoka, and Sylvan Lake.  An active member in the community, Dale currently sits on the Red Deer College board of directors, and has served as the President of the Central Alberta Realtors Association as well as the President of the Real Estate Insurance Exchange.  Dale has practiced in all aspects of real estate in the last 31 years including Commercial, Residential, New Constructions, Farms, and Acreages.  Dale's experience and knowledge is second to none in the industry and he is a great asset to our clients.

Rachelle Jones has been with the Russell Team since 2006 and helps to manage our daily office activities.  Our clients quickly come to know and love Rachelle as she aids in setting up showings and catering to their every need.  Rachelle is always available to serve our clients needs quickly and efficiently at any time.  With prior real estate office and client management experience Rachelle has proved to be a great asset to our team.
