Comparable Market Analysis

Once you've selected a property, I'll provide you with information about similar properties recently sold and help you arrive at a fair market value (within the limitations of dual agency).

Buyer Instructions

Once the offer is accepted, I will provide you with a written list of all the things you need to do to complete the transaction. I will help arrange financing if necessary. I will even assist with arranging utilities, insurance, etc., if required.

Follow-up

I will work with you right up until moving day when we will do a walk through inspection of your new property. We will check with you periodically after moving day to make sure everything is going OK. I will provide my list of reputable service and trades people. I will place you on my Preferred Customer Information List (optional) which keeps you up-to-date on the market on a regular basis.
